There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, May 28th to honor the Memorial Day holiday.
Arrive at the LM campus at 8:45am for a 9:00 parade start. We are up early in the parade so don't be late. Wear WW Spirit Shirt and khaki shorts/skirt.
All students entering 7th grade must show proof of whooping cough booster shots. Due Sept. 4th.
Join us for "Donuts with the Dean" and the WWPA General Meeting Thursday, May 31st at 7:45 - 8:30am in the Cove.
May 30th at 4:00pm. 7th Grade parents please join the Dean to learn about all things High School - selecting the right school, the admissions process, the timeline for applications, financial aid and more.
This week the students completed their week of standardized testing. For the first time, we tried a mindfulness class in the morning before testing to give students some tools for relaxation and better focus during the testing week. This went so well, look for a repeat during the week of Final Exams - June 4th - 8th!

Every year the Middle School Artz Night seems to manage the impossible! The volume of work alone is a site to behold! We are endlessly impressed with the quality and creativity of our students' work - not to mention the creative projects that teachers from every discipline manage to dream up for our students to complete! It's that time of the year when students can sense summer right around the corner.
The 7th grade girls took a Sisterhood field trip to an Art Studio to experiment with the use of their voice through art as an instrument of empowerment and support to other girls. Girl Power through art! Check out their artwork...
Integrity means doing the right thing even when nobody is watching, as well as putting all of our character traits to use. Integrity is gained by learning to withstand tough situations without crumbling to temptation.
If you are picking up your child at or before 3:00, you must come into the office to get them or wait until the buses leave for P.E. at 2:00. Anytime you are here for pick-up: there is NO "PARKING" except in a designated parking space while waiting for your child. Students are not allowed to wander through the parking lot to meet–up with you.
The 6th graders had a great time out on the San Diego Bay learning about the organisms that live there! We saw a Sponge, a Shrimp, a Seahorse, Sea Stars, an Octopus and so much more! Photos...
